Grading Summary
This Charizard presents with excellent centering and only light, isolated wear in the corners and edges. The surface is also strong overall, with a faint front scuff and one back-side mark excluded from scoring due to scan quality.

Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
1 back-side defect ignored due to scan quality.

Four-axis score profile
Centering is essentially excellent on both sides, with the front measuring very close to balanced left-to-right and top-to-bottom and the back reading nearly perfect. The slight measured variance is too small to materially affect the grade, which is consistent with a top-centering result.
The corners show only light, localized wear: tiny possible breaks on the front top corners and a small white nick on the back lower-left corner. The marks are minor and mostly subtle, which supports a strong corners result despite a little perimeter whitening.
Observed
Edge wear is limited to a small whitish nick on the front top edge, with the rest of the edge strips reading clean. That isolated, minor whitening fits a very high edge grade.
Observed
The surface shows a faint horizontal scuff/line on the front yellow border, while the back has a tiny speck that was observed but excluded from scoring because that region was affected by image-quality limitations. With the reliable evidence remaining, the surface condition is still very strong.

What's holding this card back
Lowest axisCorners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
