Gemi Grade Report
SWSH Black Star Promos
Published July 30, 2026
This Lucario VSTAR shows strong overall preservation, with clean corners and surface and only a minor edge nick on the front top border. Centering is also well balanced, keeping the card in excellent condition overall.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card presents as well centered overall, with the measured front and back alignment staying close to balanced and not showing a distracting offset. That supports the top centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either side, and the corner scans were clean throughout. The corners therefore support a pristine score.
A minor nick/whitening is visible at the far left portion of the front top edge, while the remaining edge scans are clean. That small localized wear is consistent with a strong but not perfect edge result.
Observed
No surface scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies were detected in the scans. The surface appearance is clean enough to support the top score.
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
