Published June 26, 2026
This Lucario VSTAR shows excellent overall condition, with pristine centering and corners and only light back-edge wear. Surface handling appears minimal, with just a faint back-border speck and no substantial visible damage.
Image Quality
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is exceptionally tight on both sides, with the front essentially dead-center and only a slight top/bottom imbalance, and the back still staying well within strong tolerances. That level of alignment supports the perfect centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either the front or back scans, so the corners present as clean and intact throughout. That matches the top corner result.
The edge wear is limited to the back border, where a few small whitish nicks/frays and one tiny notch appear along the cut edge; the front edges are clean. The wear is minor and localized, consistent with a strong but not pristine edge result.
Observed
Surface inspection is essentially clean, with only a faint light-colored speck near the back top border area and no meaningful scratches, dents, creases, or foil issues detected. A minor glare flag on the front slightly limited inspection clarity, but not enough to reveal any significant surface damage, which supports the top surface result.
Observed
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, back).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
