Grading Summary
This Mewtwo ex shows excellent overall preservation, with strong centering and only light wear concentrated on the back side. The main visible limitations are minor corner whitening, a tiny edge nick, and a faint back-border scratch.

Image Quality
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.

Four-axis score profile
Centering is excellent, with the front measuring nearly even both horizontally and vertically and the back remaining well-balanced overall. The measured offsets are small enough that they do not materially detract from the card's top-tier centering result.
Corner wear is concentrated on the back side, where the bottom-left corner shows the most noticeable whitening along the arc and adjacent edge, with smaller white breaks at the top-left and top-right corners. Even with minor back-scan glare, the visible corner wear is clear enough to support a solid but not pristine corners result.
Observed
Edges are very strong overall, with only a tiny pale nick and slight interruption at the back right cut edge. No comparable wear is evident on the other edges, which fits a near-mint edge result.
Observed
Surface is largely clean, with the main issue being a short, faint pale scratch on the back right blue border just below the edge. No broader scratching, dents, creases, or print-line issues are indicated beyond that minor mark.

What's holding this card back
Lowest axisCorners (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (moderate, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
