Grading Summary
This Umbreon EX shows excellent centering and clean surface presentation, with the main weakness coming from visible front edge wear. Corners remain essentially clean aside from very minor, low-confidence corner observations.

Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is very strong on both sides, with the front reading about 46.3/53.7 left-right and 52.9/47.1 top-bottom, and the back staying similarly balanced. That level of alignment is consistent with a top centering result.
The corner result is supported by the scan showing only tiny, low-confidence possible breaks at the front top-right and bottom-left corners, with no meaningful wear elsewhere. These appear too subtle and ambiguous to materially affect the corner grade.
Observed
The edges are held back by clear front-side wear: a moderate stretch of whitening/fraying along the left cut edge and a smaller chip/whitening on the upper right portion of the top edge. Those visible boundary breaks explain a mid-range edge result.
Observed
No surface scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies were detected on either side. With clean front and back art scans, the surface result is fully supported.
What's holding this card back
Lowest axisEdges (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (moderate, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
