Grading Summary
This Rayquaza V shows excellent centering with only light, localized wear on the corners and edges. The surface is mostly clean aside from a small border mark on the front.

Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is extremely close to even on both sides: the front is nearly balanced left-to-right and top-to-bottom, and the back stays similarly tight with only a slight bottom-heavier shift. This clean, high-confidence measurement supports a top centering result.
Corner wear is limited to small whitening at the front right corner and a clearer nick/frayed spot at the back left corner, with only a faint possible touch at the back right. The wear is localized and minor overall, which fits a strong corner result.
Observed
Edge wear is minor and mostly confined to the back bottom edge, where a small white nick stands out near the center-left, plus a couple of very subtle possible nicks elsewhere. The damage is limited in scope and severity, consistent with a strong edges result.
Observed
Surface quality is generally clean, with the main note being a small yellowish speck/chip-like mark on the front printed border near the left side. Because the blemish is isolated and minor, it still supports a strong surface result.

What's holding this card back
Lowest axisCorners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
