The measured centering is essentially ideal on both sides, with the front reading very close to 50/50 left-right and top-bottom, and the back also landing near perfectly centered horizontally. That level of alignment supports a top centering result.
Corner wear is present but limited overall: the front bottom-right shows a small whitening break, and the back bottom-left has the clearest corner wear with visible chipping along the rounded tip. A possible back bottom-right issue was noted but excluded from scoring because the scan quality there was unreliable.

The edges show repeated whitening and small chips along both the front and back cut edges, with the back side carrying the most noticeable wear, especially along the left and bottom sections. One roughened back upper-right segment was excluded because glare made that area unreliable, but the clearer edge damage elsewhere still justifies a weak edge result.

Surface condition is the main weakness: the back has a severe vertical crease through the center, plus additional horizontal creases across the left-middle and upper-right areas, all of which are strongly supported by the scan.
