Gemi Grade Report
Lost Origin
Published August 2, 2026
This Pikachu shows excellent overall preservation, with near-perfect centering, clean corners, and a clean surface. The only notable flaws are two minor white nicks on the back cut edge.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is essentially ideal on both sides, with the front and back both sitting very close to 50/50 in left-right and top-bottom balance. That level of symmetry supports a top centering result.
Corner scans show no visible wear, rounding, or whitening on either side. The corners present cleanly and support a perfect result.
Edge scans are mostly clean, but the back edge strip shows two small white nicks/chips on the cut edge: one near the far right of the bottom edge and another slightly left of center near the upper border. These are minor, localized edge flaws and are enough to keep the edges below a pristine level.
Observed
No surface scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies were detected on either the front or back art scans. The surface therefore presents as clean and well preserved.
Edges (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, back).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
