Gemi Grade Report

Published June 28, 2026
This Alakazam ex presents as a strong overall copy, with excellent centering, clean corners, and a very clean surface. The main limitation is visible edge wear along the cut edges, especially on the front bottom and back left sections.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card is very well centered overall, with measured front and back offsets staying close to even in both directions, which supports the top centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either side, so the corners present cleanly and support the strongest score.
Edge wear is the main weakness here: the front bottom strip shows moderate cut-edge wear with exposed brown/orange material and slight fraying, and the back left edge has scattered white nicks. That level of wear clearly explains the reduced edge result.
Observed
The surface is largely clean, with only a small faint pinkish scuff/spot noted near the front top cut edge and no broader scratches, dents, creases, or print issues observed. This is consistent with a top surface result.
Observed
Edges (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (moderate, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
