This Lugia V Alternate Full Art shows strong overall condition with only light edge, corner, and surface wear. Centering is excellent, and the few minor flaws are consistent with a high-end near-mint card.

Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is excellent overall. The front is very close to balanced and the back shows only a modest right-side and slight horizontal shift, which is consistent with a top-grade centering result.
Corner wear is light and localized, with a small whitening break on the back left corner and only a possible tiny front-corner fray that was not used for scoring because the crop/lighting made that area less reliable. That level of wear fits a near-mint corners result.
Observed
Edges show minor whitening and small chips along the front cut edge, including a faint nick near the left side and a small chip toward the far left section. The wear is present but limited, supporting a strong near-mint edges result.
Observed
Surface handling is minimal, with a diagonal whitish scuff/whitening along the front lower border and a tiny faint speck on the back blue border. There are no major scratches, dents, or creases, so the surface remains in strong near-mint condition.
Observed
Corners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
