Gemi Grade Report
SWSH Black Star Promos
Published July 12, 2026
This Vaporeon VMAX presents excellent centering and strong overall preservation, with only minor localized wear on the corners and edges. The surface is the main limiter due to a few small holo-area specks and a tiny back mark.

Four-axis score profile
Centering is very strong on both sides, with the front measuring about 48.1/51.9 left-right and 49.0/51.0 top-bottom, and the back essentially dead center. That level of alignment fully supports the top centering result.
Corners show only light wear overall: a small white chip along the back top-right rounded corner and very subtle possible whitening at the back bottom-right tip. The other corners appear clean, which is consistent with a high corner grade.
Observed
Edge condition is strong aside from a small white nick/chip on the front left cut edge. The wear is minor and localized, so it does not significantly pull down the edge result.
Observed
The surface has a few minor blemishes in the blue holo area, including small specks on the front art and a tiny pale mark near the lower back border. These are light but visible enough to justify a modest reduction from pristine surface condition.
Observed
Surface (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Surface Spot (minor, front).
Bringing surface up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Corners, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
