Gemi Grade Report

Published June 19, 2026
This Venusaur ex presents very strong overall eye appeal, led by excellent centering and clean surfaces. The main limitations are minor back-corner wear and a few small edge nicks.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card is exceptionally well centered front and back, with the front essentially dead-on and the back only showing a modest left/right shift that still supports a top-tier centering result.
Corner quality is generally strong, but the back corners show the main wear: a small frayed/chipped spot at the bottom-right, a minor nick at the bottom-left, and a very subtle possible break at the top-right tip. That level of localized corner wear is consistent with the assigned result.
Observed
Edges are mostly clean, with only small whitening/nicks at the front right cut edge and the back left upper edge. The wear is limited and light, supporting a high edge result.
Observed
The surface is largely clean, with only tiny white specks/marks in the back art and lower border area. These are minor and isolated, which fits the strong surface result.
Observed
Corners (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
