Gemi Grade Report
Paldean Fates
Published July 13, 2026
This Mew ex shows excellent centering and clean surfaces, with only minor corner wear. The main limitation is scattered edge whitening on both sides.
Image Quality
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card presents very strong centering on both sides, with the front measuring about 51.9/48.1 left-right and 53.8/46.2 top-bottom, and the back about 52.9/47.1 left-right and 54.2/45.8 top-bottom. Those measurements are comfortably close to balanced and support the top centering result.
Corners show only slight perimeter wear, limited to subtle whitening on the back bottom-left and bottom-right corners. The marks are minor and somewhat ambiguous due to lighting and crop conditions, which fits a near-mint corner result.
Observed
Edges show the main wear on this card, with several small white nicks and localized whitening along the front cut edges and one additional nick on the back right edge. The issues are minor but spread across multiple edge locations, which explains the reduced edge result.
Observed
No surface defects were detected in the front or back art scans, and the surface presents cleanly overall. Despite some front-side glare affecting inspection quality, there is no reported scratch, dent, crease, print line, spot, or foil wear to impact the surface result.
Edges (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Corners, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
