Gemi Grade Report

Published June 19, 2026
This Charizard ex shows excellent overall quality, led by near-perfect centering and clean corners. The main deductions come from a few localized edge nicks and tiny front-surface specks.
Image Quality
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is essentially perfect on both sides: the front is 50/50 left-right with a slight 52/48 top-bottom tilt, and the back is very close to even in both directions. That level of alignment supports the top centering result.
The corner scans did not show any observable corner wear on either side. With clean, sharp corners throughout, the assigned result is well supported.
Edge wear is limited to a few small white nicks and chips, mainly along the front right edge and the back top edge. The wear is localized and minor, but it is still enough to keep the edges below the top tier.
Observed
The surface is very clean overall, with only three tiny dark specks in the front sky area and no other reported surface damage. These are negligible blemishes that do not materially affect the card's surface result.
Observed
Edges (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, back).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
