This Azumarill shows excellent overall presentation with very strong centering, clean corners, and only light wear on the edges and surface. The main visible issues are a small back-edge nick and a minor holo-background spot on the front.

Four-axis score profile
The card’s centering is very strong overall. Front left-right is essentially perfect, with only a noticeable top-to-bottom shift, and the back remains close enough to balanced to support a high centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either side, so the corners present cleanly and support a top-end result.
Edges are mostly clean, but there is a small white nick/whitening on the back top cut edge slightly left of center. That limited wear is consistent with a minor deduction while still leaving the edge quality very strong.
Observed
The surface shows a minor dark irregular spot in the left side of the holo background on the front art scan. It is a small but visible blemish, and despite some glare noted in the scan, the observed spot is enough to keep the surface from being flawless.
Observed
Centering (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
Bringing centering up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
