Gemi Grade Report
Pitch Black
Published August 29, 2026
This card shows excellent centering and a very clean surface, with only minor edge wear as the main visible flaw. Corners are also essentially sharp, with just faint, low-confidence corner edge breaks noted in the scans.

Four-axis score profile
Centering is excellent on both sides, with the front and back measuring very close to even left/right and top/bottom balance. The front shows a slight top-to-bottom lean, but the measurements remain comfortably within a strong centering result.
The corners present very well overall, with only faint, low-confidence signs of tiny white breaks on the front lower-left and back upper-right corners. Those subtle indications are not strong enough to move the corners away from a strong top-tier result.
Observed
Edge wear is the main visible imperfection, with small whitish chips and nicking concentrated along the front cut edges, including the right, bottom, and left sides. The back edges appear clean, so the result is driven by minor localized edge roughness rather than broad edge deterioration.
Observed
The surface scans show no meaningful scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies on either side. With the art scans coming back clean, the surface supports a pristine result.
Edges (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
