Gemi Grade Report
Mega Evolution
Published July 15, 2026
This Bulbasaur presents very clean overall, with excellent centering, no detected corner wear, and no surface issues. The only notable blemishes are minor edge nicks on the front strip scan, which keep the card just shy of perfect edges.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The measured centering is very strong on both sides, with the front close to balanced and the back essentially even. That level of alignment supports a top centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either the front or back corner scans, so the corners present cleanly. The lack of visible corner damage is consistent with the top corner grade.
The edges show minor wear concentrated on the front strip scan: a small chip/notch at the far right cut edge and a tiny whitish nick near the right-center. These are subtle but real edge imperfections, which explains a small deduction from a perfect edge result.
Observed
No surface scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies were detected in the front or back art scans. The surface therefore supports a pristine result.
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
