This Pikachu shows excellent centering, a clean surface, and only light edge and corner wear. The visible imperfections are minor and localized, with the front and back scans otherwise looking strong.

Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card is very well centered on both sides, with the front measuring roughly 53/47 left-right and about 49/51 top-bottom, and the back staying close to even in both directions. That level of balance supports a top centering result.
Corner wear is light overall, with small whitening/nicking concentrated on the back top-right, bottom-right, and a very subtle mark near the bottom-left corner. The wear is minor and mostly limited to tiny edge breaks at the tips, which fits a strong but not perfect corner result.
Observed
The edges show a few small white nicks and slight whitening on the front cut edge, including a minor interruption near the upper right and light wear along the left section. The back edges appear clean, so the observed wear is limited and consistent with a solid but imperfect edge result.
Observed
No meaningful surface defects were identified on the art scans, and the available evidence does not show scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, or foil wear. That supports a pristine surface result.
Edges (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Corners, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
