Gemi Grade Report
Scarlet & Violet
Published July 13, 2026
This Koraidon ex shows strong overall preservation, with excellent edges, surface, and corners. The main limitation is centering, which is visibly shifted front-to-back vertically and slightly off on the back horizontally.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is solid overall but not perfect, with a clear top/bottom imbalance on the front and a similar vertical bias on the back. Left/right alignment is essentially even on the front, while the back shows a moderate horizontal offset as well, which fits a 9-level centering result.
Corners are very strong overall. The only noted issue is a small bright white break on the front bottom-right corner tip, and it appears minor enough to keep the corners in top condition overall.
Observed
The edges present cleanly, with no meaningful edge wear detected on the front or back edge strip scans. The only tiny white speck noted along the back blue border is negligible and fits better as a surface mark than true edge damage.
The surface remains clean overall, with only a tiny white speck in the back blue border area and no other surface defects reported. That kind of negligible mark is consistent with a top surface result.
Observed
Centering (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
Bringing centering up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Corners, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
