Gemi Grade Report
Pitch Black
Published August 22, 2026
This card presents as exceptionally clean, with perfect-looking centering and no detectable edge or surface issues. The only noted flaw is a minor wear mark on the back bottom-left corner.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card shows near-perfect centering on both sides, with the front essentially dead-center and the back only showing a very slight top-to-bottom shift that remains well within excellent tolerance. This clean boundary alignment supports the top centering result.
Corners are strong overall, with just one minor wear point at the back bottom-left corner where a small white edge break is visible along the corner edge. That limited, localized wear fits a high but not perfect corner result.
Observed
No edge wear was detected on either the front or back edge-strip scans, and the card art scans also show no perimeter damage. The edges therefore present as clean and consistent throughout.
The surface scans found no scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other anomalies on either side. With no visible surface defects in the scan evidence, the surface remains pristine.
Corners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
