Gemi Grade Report
Ascended Heroes
Published June 23, 2026
This card shows very strong overall eye appeal, led by excellent centering and clean surfaces. The remaining wear is confined to minor corner and edge whitening, with one back-corner issue excluded from scoring because of scan-quality limits.
Image Quality
1 back-side defect ignored due to scan quality.
• Strong rainbow glare runs across the card and obscures parts of the text and artwork, making inspection unreliable.
• Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is excellent on both sides, with the front and back very close to even left/right and top/bottom balance. The 10 reflects these near-symmetrical boundary measurements.
Corner wear is limited to tiny whitening or small breaks on the front top-left and top-right corners, both subtle and minor. A more noticeable back bottom-right corner defect was observed in a glare-affected region and was excluded from scoring, so the 9 reflects mostly sharp corners with one unreliable area.
Observed
Edge wear is minor, with small white nicks or whitening along the front right edge and the back bottom edge, plus a tiny nick near the back top edge. The 9 is consistent with light, localized edge wear rather than broad edge damage.
Observed
The art scans show no meaningful surface scratches, dents, creases, or print issues, and the few visible marks are negligible. The 10 reflects a clean surface overall despite minor glare and a tiny pale speck in the back border area.
Observed
Corners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, front).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
