Gemi Grade Report
Chaos Rising
Published July 20, 2026
This Mega Greninja ex shows excellent overall preservation, with clean edges and surfaces and near-even centering. The only notable flaw is a small amount of wear on the back top-right corner.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is very close to even on both sides, with front and back ratios staying within a narrow range and no meaningful imbalance visible from the boundary measurements. The 10 result fits the strong symmetry and high-confidence centering data.
Corners are overall strong, with the only noted issue being a small white nick on the back top-right corner consistent with minor edge whitening or exposed paper. That isolated, light wear supports a high corners result despite the otherwise clean corner scans.
Observed
Edge scans showed no detected wear on either side, and there are no reported nicks, fraying, or whitening along the strip scans. The perfect edge result is well supported by the clean evidence.
Surface scans on both front and back did not show scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other anomalies. With no surface defects reported, the perfect surface result is consistent with the scan evidence.
Corners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
