Gemi Grade Report
SWSH Black Star Promos
Published June 30, 2026
The card shows excellent overall preservation, with strong centering and no detected corner or edge wear. The only noted issue is a minor back-border surface speck/scuff that keeps the surface just shy of perfect.

Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is very close to even on both sides and within typical gem-range tolerance, with front and back readings hovering around a 50/50 split. That supports the top centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either the front or back corner scans, so the corners present as clean and well-preserved. That is consistent with the top corners result.
The edge strip scans found no edge wear on the front or back, indicating crisp edges with no meaningful chipping or fraying. That fits the top edges result.
A single minor pale speck/scuff was detected on the back right blue border near the cut edge, which is consistent with a slight surface blemish rather than broader wear. The rest of the scanned surface areas were clean, supporting a near-pristine surface result with a small deduction.
Observed
Surface (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Surface Mark (minor, back).
Bringing surface up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
