Gemi Grade Report
Phantasmal Flames
Published May 28, 2026
This card presents very clean overall with excellent centering and only minor back corner whitening. Surface observations are limited to a couple of tiny, negligible back-side marks.
Image Quality
Strong reflective shine across the holo surface, especially in the upper half, which could be mistaken for surface defects.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
The card is exceptionally well centered on both sides, with the front measuring essentially 51/49 left-right and perfectly even top-bottom, and the back also staying very close to balanced. The measured offsets are small enough to support a top centering result.
Corner condition is very strong overall, with only light whitening noted on the back top-right and bottom-right corners. The wear is minor and perimeter-level, which fits a near-pristine corner result.
Observed
No meaningful edge wear was identified in the front or back edge-strip scans. The back-side speck and tiny mark were treated as surface-related observations rather than edge damage, leaving the edges clean.
Surface remains excellent overall, despite two negligible back-side marks: a tiny white speck on the blue printed border and a short dark scratch/mark in the lower-left blue field. The strong reflective shine on the front holo surface could complicate visual inspection, but the reported surface evidence is still limited to very small, localized blemishes.
Observed
Corners (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (minor, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
