Gemi Grade Report
Celebrations
Published August 23, 2026
This Mew shows excellent centering and very clean overall preservation, with only light edge wear and a small corner nick as the main flaws. The surface remains effectively pristine aside from a tiny back speck.
Image Quality
1 back-side defect ignored due to scan quality.
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is exceptionally strong on both sides, with the front measuring about 53/47 left-right and 46/54 top-bottom and the back essentially near-perfect. That level of balance fully supports the top centering result.
Corners are very clean overall, with only a small white chip at the back top-right tip standing out as the main flaw. A faint mark at the back top-left tip was observed but excluded from scoring because that region was affected by image quality, so the corner result remains strong.
Observed
Edge quality is solid but not pristine, with minor whitening/nicks visible along the top cut edge near both the left and right sides. These are small localized breaks rather than broad wear, which fits a strong but slightly reduced edge result.
Observed
The surface is effectively clean, with only a tiny dark speck on the back blue background near the Pokémon logo. Even with some back-side scan softness/glare, there is no meaningful surface disturbance beyond that negligible spot.
Observed
Edges (8.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Corners, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
