Gemi Grade Report
MEP Black Star Promos
Published June 23, 2026
This copy of N's Zekrom shows excellent overall preservation, with strong centering, clean corners, and a pristine surface. The only visible wear is minor edge whitening near the front corners, which is consistent with a high edge subgrade.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is very strong on both sides, with the front close to even and the back essentially balanced top-to-bottom. The reported 10 is consistent with those near-perfect boundary measurements.
No corner wear was detected in the dedicated corner scans, so the corners present as clean and well-preserved. The 10 is well supported by the scan evidence.
The edge strip scans show only two tiny areas of minor whitening/nicking near opposite front corners, both very localized and light. That level of wear fits a strong 9 while still reflecting that the edges are not perfectly pristine.
Observed
No surface scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies were detected in the art scans. The surface therefore supports a clean 10.
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
