Gemi Grade Report
BREAKthrough
Published July 10, 2026
This Mewtwo EX presents as a very clean card with strong centering and only minor edge and corner wear. The surface appears pristine, keeping the overall visual appeal high.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is strong overall, with the front measuring about 44.8/55.2 left-to-right and 51.9/48.1 top-to-bottom, and the back about 47.1/52.9 and 52.0/48.0. The slight left-right shift is visible but still well within a high-grade range.
Corners are effectively clean overall. A small area of pale whitening was noted on the back right-bottom corner, but it is minor and softly defined, so it does not materially weaken the corner result.
Observed
Edges show a minor nick/whitening on the front bottom cut edge near the center of the strip. The wear is small and localized, which fits a strong edge result despite that visible imperfection.
Observed
No surface defects were reported on either side, and the card’s faces appear free of scratches, dents, creases, print lines, or other surface blemishes in the scan evidence. That supports a pristine surface result.
Centering (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
Bringing centering up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
