Gemi Grade Report
MEP Black Star Promos
Published June 24, 2026
This Fennekin promo shows excellent overall condition, with strong centering, clean corners, and only very minor edge and surface blemishes. The visible wear is limited and localized, so the card presents as a high-grade example.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is very close to even on both sides, with only slight top/bottom variation on the front and back that still supports a top-tier centering result.
No corner wear was detected on either side, so the corners present cleanly and are consistent with a perfect corner grade.
Edge wear is limited to a small white chip/whitening at the far right cut edge/corner, which is minor but sufficient to keep the edges just below perfect.
Observed
The surface is largely clean, with only a tiny isolated white speck on the back blue border near the top edge; that isolated mark is negligible and does not meaningfully detract from the surface.
Observed
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, front).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 10.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
