Gemi Grade Report
Pitch Black
Published July 20, 2026
This card presents as a very clean example with excellent centering, strong corners, and near-gem edges and surface. The main tradeoffs are a faint front print line and a few tiny back specks and edge nicks.
Image Quality
Parts of this scan are hard to inspect. Glare, overexposure, or low detail may reduce grading confidence.

Four-axis score profile
Measured centering is extremely balanced on both sides of the card, with front and back ratios very close to even. The scan supports a pristine centering result.
The corners are in excellent condition overall, with only very minor whitening noted on the back right and a possible tiny speck near the back lower corner arc. Those marks are subtle and isolated, consistent with a top-tier corner result.
Observed
Edge condition is very strong, with only tiny white nicks/chips reported along the back physical cut edge. These are minor and limited in scope, which aligns with a near-gem edge result.
Observed
Surface quality remains excellent, but there is a faint vertical print line running through the front holo/art area and a couple of tiny specks on the back background. The front glare note affects inspection in the top-center region, but the reported surface defects are still specific enough to support a strong, slightly reduced surface result.
Observed
Edges (9.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Edge Wear (minor, back).
Bringing edges up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Surface, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
