Gemi Grade Report
Sandstorm
Published June 25, 2026
Centering is outstanding, and the surface appears clean. The main deductions come from localized corner and edge wear, mostly on the back side, with one back corner observation excluded due to image-quality limitations.
Image Quality
1 back-side defect ignored due to scan quality.
Grade Shape
Four-axis score profile
Centering is excellent on both sides, with the front essentially dead-on left/right and only a very slight top/bottom lean. The back is likewise centered horizontally, and the measured vertical placement remains comfortably within a strong 10-level result.
Corner condition is reduced by visible wear on the back corners, led by a more pronounced bottom-left corner with multiple whitening breaks and a stronger exposed edge nick. The other back corners show lighter localized whitening, and the bottom-right corner was observed but excluded from scoring because the region was affected by image quality.
Observed
Edge wear is present in a few small spots along the cut edges on both sides, including minor whitening and tiny nicks at the back top, back left, back bottom, and front left edge. The damage appears localized and light overall, supporting a solid but not pristine edge result.
Observed
No meaningful surface defects were detected on the front or back art scans. With no scratches, dents, creases, print lines, spots, foil wear, or other surface anomalies reported, the surface remains clean.
Corners (7.0) is the lowest of the four axes. It's the main thing keeping this card from a higher grade.
The limiting defect is Corner Wear (moderate, back).
Bringing corners up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Edges, 7.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
