This Magcargo ex presents as a well-preserved card with excellent centering, strong corners, and clean edges. The main deductions come from light surface marks and faint scratches on the front.

Centering is strong overall, with the front essentially dead-on left/right and the back also close to even. The main offset is front top-to-bottom, which is noticeably heavier toward the bottom, but still within a high-grade range.
Corners remain strong, with only minor wear at the back bottom-right corner and a very faint possible break on the front bottom-right that appears uncertain. The observed corner wear is small and localized, which supports the high corner result.

Edges are largely clean, with just a small white nick on the front left edge and no meaningful wear found on the back edge strip. That limited perimeter wear is consistent with a strong edge result.

The surface shows the most visible limitations here, led by a faint curved scratch in the artwork, a very light scratch in the lower text area, and two small pale green marks on the front border. These are minor and localized, but together they explain the lower surface result relative to the other components.

The limiting defect is Surface Mark (minor, front).
Bringing surface up to the level of the next-weakest axis (Centering, 9.0) would be the single biggest improvement available.
